Listen to Tell me More August 19, 2018 A New Approach to Treating Kids with Autism:
The largest study of people with autism and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) to date adds to mounting evidence that the two conditions share genetic roots. Compared with their typical peers, people with autism are twice as likely to receive a diagnosis of OCD and people with OCD are four times as likely to also have autism, according to the Danish study of more than 850,000 people. Rogers Behavioral Health in Philadelphia specializes in programs that addresses the needs of children who struggle with these conditions.
