It's Earth Day and there are so many things to do in Philly!

If you've got some time to hit up our museums, the Academy of Natural Sciences has special programming today. Your pay-what-you-wish Earth Day admission includes a special storytime and a climate-change focused tour of the butterflies exhibit. The special admission also includes entry to Mythic Creatures.

The National Constitution Center has things you can do at home: and "Everything's Gone Green video lesson and some craft ideas.

The Phillie Phanatic will be participating in A Very Phanatic Earth Day at the Schuylkill Center. You can plant a tree, play Earth Day bingo, or make a magical rainstorm.

On Saturday Elmowood Park Zoo hosts its "Party for the Planet."

And here is a story about ways that local grocery chains like ACME, Reading Terminal Market and Trader Joe's are reducing their use of plastics and rewarding their customers for doing the same
